AUP (Appraisal Under Policy) Field Adjuster

Requirements

• 5+ years of continuous property insurance adjusting experience involving complex loss valuation and scope analysis
• Strong working knowledge of Xactimate
• Familiarity with building construction, repair methodologies, and practical application of local code compliance requirements
• Experience working with independent adjusters, contractors, engineers, and consultants
• Active state adjuster license(s)
• Knowledge of state-specific appraisal laws, claim handling regulations, and policy application standards related to valuation and appraisal procedures
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
• Strong oral and written communication, including presentation skills
• Demonstrated commitment to timely reporting
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
