Role OverviewThe Waiver Broker Supervisor plays a critical leadership role within Northeast Arc's Autism Support Center (ASC), overseeing the delivery of services and supports provided through the Massachusetts Medicaid Autism Waiver Program. This position provides supervision, training, and guidance to Waiver Support Brokers while ensuring compliance with Department of Developmental Services (DDS) Autism Waiver Program requirements and service standards. Working closely with DDS Autism Clinical Managers, provider agencies, community partners, and families, the Waiver Broker Supervisor supports the successful implementation of individualized services that promote independence, inclusion, and family empowerment.
What You Will Do
Provides training, guidance, and biweekly supervision to Waiver Support Brokers, facilitating team meetings and supporting day-to-day operations. Maintains current knowledge of DDS Autism Waiver Program requirements, timelines, documentation standards, waiver-related services, and community resources. Participates in monthly and quarterly meetings with DDS Autism Clinical Managers, Support Brokers, and Autism Support Center staff.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One to two years of leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Three to five years of experience and/or specialized training working within the field of autism services.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and the needs of children and families.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.
- Successful completion of all required background checks and screenings in accordance with Northeast Arc and DDS requirements.
