Role OverviewAs a dedicated Auto Adjuster, you will proactively handle the complete end-to-end claims process, taking statements, policy and coverages, determination of liability and complete services needed. You will work in a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 3 days per week, after completing 6 months in office.
What You Will Do
Investigates liability and applies appropriate coverage, evaluates, negotiates, and settles moderately complex auto claims. Resolves claims through proactive problem solving and decision making, within authority guidelines and under moderate supervision.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We seek candidates with high school diploma or general equivalency diploma, 1 year of customer service experience, and progressive experience handling low complexity auto non-injury liability claims. You will also need to acquire and maintain an insurance adjuster license within 90 days and 3 attempts.
