Job Description
Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to provide exceptional customer service and repair vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition. The technician will work in alignment with team members to achieve repair facility KPIs and be a dedicated Brand Ambassador of The Boyd Group.

Requirements

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan
  • Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers
  • Use various tools to repair vehicle sections
  • Hammmer out dents and dimples, mix and apply filler resins, realign car chassis and frames
  • Replace or repair glass and windshields, interior parts, and weld parts into place
  • Prepare and repaint vehicles with factory-specified paint or equivalent
  • Inspect vehicles after repair and attempt to complete work orders within labor time guidelines
