Role OverviewAs an Auto Body Technician at Crash Champions, you will examine damaged vehicles, plan repair processes, and perform quality repairs while maintaining on-time status. You will work with others to communicate vehicle repair status and make decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time. You will also supervise repair personnel and direct the work of an apprentice when needed.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include examining damaged vehicles, efficiently planning repair processes, working with others to communicate vehicle repair status, performing quality repairs, making decisions on repair vs. replace, and supervising repair personnel.
Why It Might Be a Fit
To be a fit for this role, you will need to have the ability to use a frame machine, be certified in body repair, have knowledge of the vehicle repair process by manufacturer, and be I-CAR welding certified. You will also need to be able to analyze and interpret measuring data and supervise repair personnel.
