As an Auto Body Technician, you will repair vehicles according to the estimate and established quality standards, restore body panels, and communicate with management regarding additional repairs needed.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include repairing vehicles, restoring body panels, and maintaining tools and equipment in good working order. You will also communicate with management regarding additional repairs needed, potential delays, or changes to promised completion times.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1–3 years of collision repair experience, or completion of a technical school program, OR apprenticeship program
- Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer repair procedures
- Able to read and work from job orders and estimates with little supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to use a frame machine
- I-CAR welding certification preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-production environment
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, crouch, and reach in tight or confined spaces
