What You Will Do
Repair vehicles according to the estimate and established quality standards, restore body panels, structural components, and outer body parts to pre-accident condition, and communicate with management regarding additional repairs needed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1–3 years of collision repair experience, or completion of a technical school program, or apprenticeship program
- Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer repair procedures
- Able to read and work from job orders and estimates with little supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to use a frame machine
- I-CAR welding certification preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-production environment
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, crouch, and reach in tight or confined spaces
