Role OverviewAs an Auto Body Technician at Crash Champions, you will be responsible for examining damaged vehicles, planning repair processes, and performing quality repairs while maintaining on-time status. You will work with others to communicate vehicle repair status and make decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include examining damaged vehicles, efficiently planning repair processes, working with others to communicate vehicle repair status, performing quality repairs, making decisions on repair vs. replace, and removing upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window operating equipment, and trim to gain access to vehicle and fenders.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to use a frame machine, certification in body repair, knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer, I-CAR welding certification, skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data, and the ability to supervise repair personnel.
