Job Description
We invite you to join our team at Gerber Collision & Glass. As an Auto Body Technician, your primary responsibility will be to provide an exceptional customer experience through the meticulous assessment and quality repair of each customer's vehicle. You will work in alignment with all team members to achieve the repair facility's KPIs and be a dedicated Brand Ambassador of The Boyd Group.

Requirements

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
  • Plan the repair work that is necessary and prepare cost estimates for customers.
  • Use various tools to repair sections of a vehicle.
  • Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure all work has been executed correctly.
