Job Description
Counter Sales Level 2 provides friendly and courteous over-the-counter direct sales to customers, takes orders in-person and by phone, and supports the overall performance of the Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts store operations.

Requirements

  • Friendly and courteous conduct toward every employee and customer
  • Above average understanding of auto parts and ability to make recommendations to customers
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Valid driver's license (Class E required for all Missouri locations) and clean driving record
