Role OverviewProvides friendly and courteous over-the-counter direct sales to customers, takes orders in-person and by phone, and supports the overall performance of the Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts store operations.
What You Will Do
Consistently provides courteous, respectful, and kind conduct toward every employee and customer, demonstrates an understanding of RPI store systems and processes, and displays an above average understanding of auto parts.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent experience, three to four years of professional automotive parts experience, or over five years of hobbyist automotive parts experience, and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Three to four years of professional automotive parts experience or over five years of hobbyist automotive parts experience
- Valid driver's license (Class E required for all Missouri locations) and clean driving record
