Job Description
The Counter Sales Level 1 provides friendly and courteous over-the-counter direct sales to customers, takes orders in-person and by phone, and supports the overall performance of store operations.

Requirements

  • Attend work every day, on time, as scheduled
  • Demonstrate courteous, respectful, and kind conduct toward every customer and co-worker
  • Maintain neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Complete assigned online training programs
  • Handle cash and credit transactions
  • Follow manager's instructions on how to correctly handle new and defective core returns from customers
