Job Description
The District Manager oversees multiple auto parts stores, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations to meet company standards. They manage store employees, including performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and pay adjustments. The role also involves recruiting, hiring, and developing employees, as well as maintaining a service/sales relationship with customers and prospects.
Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Degree from a four year university
Five years of parts experience
At least five years of management experience
Multi-site management experience strongly preferred
Reliable personal transportation
Valid driver's license (Class E required for all Missouri locations) and clean driving record
ASE certifications preferred
