They manage store employees, including performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and pay adjustments. The role also involves recruiting, hiring, and developing employees, as well as maintaining a service/sales relationship with customers and prospects.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Degree from a four year university
  • Five years of parts experience
  • At least five years of management experience
  • Multi-site management experience strongly preferred
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Valid driver's license (Class E required for all Missouri locations) and clean driving record
  • ASE certifications preferred
