Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for sales and profitability of the store and directly supervises associates in a Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts retail store.

Requirements

  • Maintain and submit call logs
  • Accurately inventory, stock, and reorder
  • Instruct staff on how to handle difficult sales

  • Run the store in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Perform work activities of subordinates
  • Attend virtual and in-person meetings and training sessions
