Role OverviewThe Auto Physical Damage Claim Adjuster will become part of a dedicated claims team focusing on Auto Physical Damage claims, interacting with internal colleagues and external parties. The role requires a hybrid work schedule with 2 full days per week in the office and the option to work the remaining days at home or in the office.
What You Will Do
The APD Claim Adjuster will conduct and direct timely and quality claim investigations, evaluations, and equitable settlements of all assigned claims, providing a high level of customer service while managing a portfolio of Auto Physical damage claims.

Requirements
- 4-year degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in handling coverage and liability investigations for auto physical damage claims
- Total Loss experience is a plus
- Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Computer experience including Microsoft office experience
- ImageRight knowledge is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional designations or working towards industry-specific designations are a plus
- Must obtain any required State licensing within 6 months of hire
