Job Description
We are seeking an Auto Service Advisor to work with customers, determine their vehicle needs, and provide excellent customer service experience. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first attitude, a can-do work ethic, and a desire for a career in the automotive service industry.
Requirements
Answer phones promptly and courteously
Schedule service appointments for customers
Establish a working knowledge of Fleet Farm’s entire line of tires, parts and accessories
Promote and sell automotive products and services
Develop service estimates by costing materials, supplies and labor
Perform basic maintenance duties
Assist customers with all questions and handle all customer issues
Assist in preparations for events and promotions
Promote Fleet Farm customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives
