Job Description
Auto Service Advisor works with customers to determine vehicle needs, verifies warranty coverage, develops estimates, and maintains excellent customer service experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driver's license
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role
  • Previous experience in an auto service/mechanical setting preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to learn basic mechanical tasks
