We are seeking a customer-focused Auto Service Advisor to work with customers to determine their vehicle needs and services requested, and to provide excellent customer service experience.

Requirements

  • Answer phones promptly and courteously
  • Schedule service appointments for customers
  • Promote and sell automotive products and services
  • Develop service estimates
  • Occasionally perform basic maintenance duties
  • Assist customers with all questions and handle customer issues
  • Assist in preparations for events and promotions
  • Promote Fleet Farm customer loyalty program and other company initiatives
