Job Description
We're looking for a customer-focused individual with a can-do work ethic to join our team as an Auto Service Advisor. As an Auto Service Advisor, you will work with customers to determine their vehicle needs and services requested, verify warranty coverage, develop estimates, create repair orders, and maintain excellent customer service experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • 16 years of age with a valid driver's license
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role
  • Previous experience in an auto service/mechanical setting preferred
