Job Description
We are seeking a Paint Line Technician to join our growing team. Eligible employees can receive an additional $1 per hour in attendance bonus. The Paint Line Technician is responsible for hanging parts to be coated, removing parts for inspection, adhering to quality standards, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Requirements

  • Ability to Lift 50 pounds above head on a consistent basis
  • Flexibility to rotate to a different operation within the facility as needed
  • Ability to work overtime on the weekend as business conditions indicate
  • Willingness to cross train on numerous product lines
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Ability to communicate with urgency to team leader / supervisor on any nonconforming issues as they arrive
