Role OverviewThe Automation & Transformation Lead is responsible for driving the organization's automation and transformation agenda, identifying opportunities to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and accelerate digital adoption.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include defining and maintaining the automation strategy, identifying and prioritizing automation opportunities, building and managing the automation pipeline and transformation roadmap, and leading the implementation of RPA, workflow automation, AI, and digital solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or related field
- Master's degree or MBA is an advantage
- 7-10+ years of experience in automation, business transformation, operational excellence, or change management
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide automation and transformation programs
- Experience with RPA, BPM, AI, Workflow Automation, and Process Improvement methodologies
- Strong experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in financial services, insurance, shared services, or operations environments is preferred
