Role OverviewAs an Automation Architect, you'll drive the adoption of automation across our operations, bridging technical innovation with operational needs. You'll architect solutions that scale content moderation, mitigate abuse, and empower our teams to deliver trusted and safe content to our customers.
What You Will Do
You'll orchestrate the integration of AI/automation tools into Trust & Safety operations, design solutions that balance speed, accuracy, and compliance, and own the architecture of AI-driven systems for content moderation, risk detection, and policy enforcement.

Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 4+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience, or AWS Professional level certification
- Experience leading and collaborating with a large cross-functional team
- Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
