Job Description
Design, develop, document, test, and commission automation systems while balancing development cost, product quality, safety, and timelines. Focus on automating equipment, manufacturing processes, and business workflows through the effective use of sensors, actuators, control software, robotics, and IT infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to maintain manufacturing production continuity
  • Design and develop intuitive human-machine interfaces (HMIs)
  • Develop database applications for tracking downtime, performance, and operational metrics
  • Program and debug PLC logic using ladder logic and structured text
  • Maintain and configure industrial Ethernet networks for automation devices such as robots, PLCs, VFDs, and hydraulic presses
  • Program and debug industrial robotic systems
  • Manage and support automation projects involving cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, sustaining, and IT
  • Support maintenance and production teams in the operation and upkeep of automated equipment
