Role OverviewRegal Boats is seeking a motivated Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automation and control solutions within our FRP boat manufacturing operations.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop reliable automated systems that improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, safety, and overall process performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in ECE, Mechatronics, Automation, or an engineering-related field.
- Preferred experience in designing and implementing automation systems, preferably in the marine or automotive industry.
- Proficiency in programming languages for industry applications.
- Familiarity with industry standards for automation and control systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- CAD software experience, including Rhino and Solidworks.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities, able to work cross-functionally with various teams.
- Experience with microcontrollers such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and other Wi-Fi-enabled devices preferred.
- Prior experience with FANUC robots is a plus.
- Prior experience with boat manufacturing is a plus.
