Job Description
Provide advanced electrical engineering support for the development and commercialization of new processes, process improvements, and technical systems. Lead activities with cross-functional teams and skill appropriate projects or activities as required in support of business objectives.

Requirements

  • Assist and mentor others in troubleshooting machine and process-related problems.
  • Leader of Electrical Controls Engineer team
  • New equipment install/startup/improvements.
  • Waste/scrap reduction initiatives.
  • Production throughput/productivity improvements.
  • Machine rebuilds/replaces obsolete electrical components.
  • Mentor/provide advanced training to Controls and Maintenance Techs
