Role OverviewAs an Automotive Alignment Technician, you will use the latest equipment to align newly-mounted tires and wheels on customer's vehicles, reducing tire wear and ensuring serviced vehicles travel straight and true. You will also complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, and flat repairs, and perform any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs to customer vehicles. You will be part of a team that provides complete customer satisfaction and delivers the highest quality service.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include aligning tires and wheels, completing state-mandated inspections, performing oil and filter changes, and repairing flats. You will also be responsible for any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs to customer vehicles.
Why It Might Be a Fit
To be eligible for this position, you must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires. It is preferred that you possess a state inspection license. As an active position, you will be required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach, and perform repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle and tire maintenance and repair. You must regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
- Possess a state inspection license (preferred)
