Role OverviewWe're looking for a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service, repair and tire sales centers. As an Automotive Alignment Technician, you will use the latest equipment to align newly-mounted tires and wheels on customer's vehicles, reducing tire wear and ensuring serviced vehicles travel straight and true.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include using the latest equipment to align tires and wheels, completing state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, and flat repairs, and performing any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
To be a fit for this role, you must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach, and perform repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle and tire maintenance and repair. You should also be able to lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
Requirements
- be at least 18 years of age
- be legally authorized to work in the United States
- possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires
- possess a state inspection license (preferred)
