Role OverviewNTB is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service, repair and tire sales centers. As an Automotive Alignment Technician, you will use the latest equipment to align newly-mounted tires and wheels on customer's vehicles, reducing tire wear and ensuring serviced vehicles travel straight and true.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles, completing state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, and flat repairs, and performing any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs to customer vehicles.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach, and perform repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle and tire maintenance and repair. You must also be able to lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
Requirements
- be at least 18 years of age
- be legally authorized to work in the United States
- possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires or any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
