Role OverviewAs an Automotive Assistant & Service Manager, you will support the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. You will be responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures, and standards, scheduling mechanics/technicians' work, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and the safety of team members.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting customers with tire selections, recommending necessary under-car repair services, directing the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, and staging vehicle repair/maintenance work.

Requirements
- be at least 18 years of age
- be legally authorized to work in the United States
- possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
