Role OverviewAs an Automotive Assistant & Service Manager, you will support the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective operations at a Mavis retail location. You will enforce policies, schedule work, manage outside orders, and ensure quality and timely job completion. You will also direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, and strive to meet customer expectations.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include enforcing established policies, scheduling work, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely job completion, and meeting customer expectations. You will also direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, and communicate directly with customers to assess their needs and provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance.
