Role OverviewAs an Automotive Assistant & Service Manager, you will support the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective operations at a Mavis retail location. You will enforce policies, schedule work, manage orders, and ensure quality and timely job completion.
What You Will Do
You will assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repair services, and direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians. You will also communicate with customers, assess their needs, and provide information on requested and necessary automotive repairs and maintenance.

Requirements
- be at least 18 years of age
- be legally authorized to work in the United States
- possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- possess any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
