Role OverviewAs a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under-car repair services.
What You Will Do
Scheduling mechanics/technicians' work, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and the safety of team members. Directing the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians and staging vehicle repair/maintenance work.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
Requirements
- be at least 18 years of age
- be legally authorized to work in the United States
- possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
