Role OverviewAs a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under-car repair services.
What You Will Do
Enforce established policies, procedures and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians' work, manage outside orders, ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and the safety of team members. Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians and stage vehicle repair/maintenance work.

Must possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
