Role OverviewAs a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under-car repair services.
What You Will Do
Supports Store Manager, enforces policies, schedules mechanics' work, manages outside orders, ensures quality and timely completion of jobs, meets customer expectations, and ensures safety of team members. Directs workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, and stages vehicle repair/maintenance work.

Must possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
