Role OverviewSupports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Enforces established policies, procedures, and standards, schedules mechanics/technicians work, manages outside orders, ensures quality and timely completion of jobs, meets customer expectations, and ensures the safety of team members.
What You Will Do
Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, and ensure customers are satisfied with their in-store experience.

Must possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
Requirements

- be legally authorized to work in the United States
- possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
