Role OverviewSupports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Enforces established policies, procedures, and standards. Schedules mechanics/technicians work, manages outside orders, and ensures the quality and timely completion of jobs.
What You Will Do
Directs the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians. Stages vehicle repair/maintenance work. Communicates directly with customers, assesses customer needs, and provides information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance.

Must possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance. Must demonstrate the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
