Role OverviewSupports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Enforces established policies, procedures, and standards, schedules mechanics/technicians' work, manages outside orders, and ensures the quality and timely completion of jobs.
What You Will Do
Directs the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, stages vehicle repair/maintenance work, and communicates directly with customers to assess their needs and provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance.

Must have 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
