Role OverviewSupport the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Assist customers with tire selections and recommend necessary under-car repair services.
What You Will Do
Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians work, manage outside orders, ensure quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and maintain team member safety.
