Role OverviewSupports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures, and standards, scheduling mechanics/technicians' work, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and the safety of team members.
What You Will Do
Directs the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, stages vehicle repair/maintenance work, communicates directly with customers, assesses customer needs, provides information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, ensures customers are satisfied with their in-store experience, and strives to meet customer expectations.

Must possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
