Role OverviewThe Automotive Assistant & Service Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. They are responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures, and standards, scheduling mechanics/technicians' work, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and the safety of team members.
What You Will Do
As a Service Manager, you will assist customers with tire selections, recommend necessary under-car repair services, direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, and stage vehicle repair/maintenance work.
