Role OverviewPEP BOYS is seeking experienced Automotive Assistant Managers and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers. As an Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, while developing skills to become a future Mavis leader. As a Service Manager, you'll combine automotive knowledge, customer service, and sales skills to help customers make informed decisions.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include supporting efficient store operations, scheduling and coordinating Mechanics and Technicians, managing outside orders and service workflow, and ensuring quality and timely completion of customer vehicles.

Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Have at least 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts or tire sales, automotive repair and maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Have strong customer service and communication skills
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
