Role OverviewAs an Automotive Body Technician Apprentice, you will participate in the Crash Champions Skills Training Education Program (STEP), a hands-on apprenticeship that pairs you with experienced professionals. You'll get paid while fine-tuning your skills and working towards becoming a collision repair technician. The program includes a mobile app and structured curriculum for real-time progress and interactive competitive learning.
What You Will Do
Your core responsibilities will include learning the industry standard of the manufacturer's original specification with high-quality controls, creating a complete repair plan, vehicle disassembly and reassembly, plastic bumper repair, and minor panel dent repair. You will also learn to repair more complex dents, work with structural damage identification, and properly set up and anchor structural repairs.

Requirements
- 18 years of age
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours a week
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Have a valid driver's license
- Ability to effectively communicate and take direction from superiors
- Ability to read and understand a work order
- High School Diploma/ GED preferred
