Job Description
The Collections Specialist will be responsible for making daily collection efforts on all outstanding balances for parts and service wholesale accounts receivable, as well as supporting the dealership parts/service personnel with customer-related concerns and assisting customers with billing inquiries or disputes.

Requirements

  • High school degree
  • 2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field
