Role OverviewJoin our high-energy team as an Automotive Customer Service Advisor. No automotive experience needed - we train! A valid driver's license is strongly preferred, but not required. This role combines customer service, sales, communication, and hands-on automotive work, creating strong career pathways in both customer care and automotive services.
What You Will Do
Greet customers, review their service needs, and escort them safely from their vehicles. Clearly explain available services, promotions, and recommendations. Perform basic preventive maintenance (oil changes, inspections, fluid top-offs, wipers, basic component replacements). Review completed services with customers, ensure satisfaction, and encourage return visits.

Requirements
- Valid U.S. driver's license (preferred)

- Ability to stand for long periods; lift 50+ lbs.; bend, crawl, reach, and climb stairs
- Comfortable working in enclosed or semi-outdoor environments
- Proven face-to-face customer service or sales experience
