Role OverviewWe are seeking a customer-focused and organized Express Auto Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking quick, routine vehicle maintenance. You’ll ensure an exceptional service experience by accurately identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate services, and maintaining clear communication throughout the service process.
What You Will Do
Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner, completes full-circle-walk-around vehicle inspection and obtains vehicle information. Writes up customer’s vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order. Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications and technicians’ findings.
