The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of F&I Manager experience in a high-volume dealership, strong knowledge of lending guidelines and compliance, and exceptional organizational skills.
What You Will Do
Lead the customer finance process, present and sell finance and warranty products, collaborate with sales professionals, and secure lender approvals.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The successful candidate will be comfortable working evenings and Saturdays, have a valid driver’s license and clean record, and experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office.
Requirements
