Automotive Mechanic - Car & Trucks

Requirements

• Diagnose cars and light trucks using modern diagnostic tools.
• Perform repairs on vehicle systems such as engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical components.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks like oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet industry safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate with customers to offer advice on preventive maintenance and vehicle care.
• Keep accurate records of all repairs, maintenance, and diagnostic work performed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in automotive repair, specifically with cars and light trucks.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and performing basic vehicle repairs.
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification.
