Job Description
As an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer, you will guide guests through the repair process, build lasting relationships, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting repair solutions, managing workflow, and communicating with customers. Qualifications include a current driver's license, driving record, proficiency in Windows-based software, and experience in an Automotive Customer Service role or equivalent.

Requirements

  • Current driver's license
  • Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier
  • Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications
  • Experience in an Automotive Customer Service role or Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales role
