What You Will Do
Meet and greet customers, determine the nature of customer problems, create repair orders, obtain customer approval, review completed repairs, and collect payment.

Requirements
- High School graduate or comparable vocational training
- Knowledge of computerized sales and marketing software
- Knowledge of auto/truck tire, lubrication, and maintenance issues
- Experience using Mitchell Repair, Activant, All-Data, and vehicle service manuals
