Role OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Service Writer who enjoys helping customers, building trust, and working closely with technicians to keep vehicles safe and reliable. Our Service Advisors play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping the shop run smoothly.
What You Will Do
As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary connection between our customers and the technician team. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly, answering incoming calls, selling recommended maintenance and repair services, and working closely with technicians to review inspection results and service recommendations.

Requirements
- 1+ year Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred
- 1+ year sales experience or demonstrated ability to sell services
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Comfortable using computer systems and shop management software
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
